As back-to-school shopping revs into high gear, major town centres and market districts will likely be at their busiest this weekend and next, ahead of start of school.
School Bags, note and textbooks, uniform, shoes, and socks are but some of the school items that children and their parents will be out picking up, in last minute shopping.
And with the expected hustle and bustle in the traffic environment, the Road Safety Unit is urging pedestrians and other road users to travel safely.
