We’ve all had the good fortune, (or fortitude), to make it to Boxing Day in what was an ‘interesting’ year for most Jamaicans! By now you’re probably still digesting yesterday’s feast, and if you were fortunate, you received a gift; DOUBLY so if it was well-thought-out!
Many of us got socks, cheap mugs or those generic candles… and hopefully yu didn’t get a scale, unwanted pet, or gym membership. A few of you scored BIG with unique works of art, jewellery, exotic plants or otherwise fascinating curios found at the annual Potter’s Fair!
If you’re in that select group, your gift has a story behind it. One of resilience and audacious hope!
