Students of White Horses Primary School perform the traditional ‘Ring Game’ folk dance during the National Performing Arts Excellence Awards Ceremony at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston, on August 17. The event was organised by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC).
