Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Hon. Olivia Grange (centre), and President, Jamaica Amateur Athletics Association (JAAA), Garth Gayle (right), engage with winner of the Austin Sealy Award at the 2026 CARIFTA Games, Shanoya Douglas. The Minister was at the Norman Manley International Airport on Tuesday (April 7) to welcome home the junior track and field athletes, which again topped the CARIFTA medal table with 71 medals.
