Joining him (from left) are Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Hon. Desmond McKenzie; Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith; Minister of National Security, Hon. Dr. Horace Chang and Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, Senator the Hon. Aubyn Hill. The signing is part of engagements during the Secretary-General’s two-day working visit to the island from May 14 to 15.
