His Royal Highness, Prince Henry of Wales (always known as Prince Harry) is the epitome of unbridled jubilation in his “victory” over Olympic and World Sprint Champion and Record Holder, Usain Bolt (left background), during a 20-metre “dash” at the Usain Bolt Track, University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona Campus, St. Andrew, which he visited on Tuesday (Mar. 6).
