    June 7: Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Executive Director, Richard Bernal (2nd left) welcomes Prime Minister, the Hon.     June 7: Prime Minister, the Hon. Bruce Golding admires a photograph entitled: “Stefan” by Jamaican photographer Marlon James, which is on display at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) art gallery in Washington DC.  The Prime Minister opened the art exhibition entitled ‘Jamaican Presence in the About Change’, which featured the work of nine Jamaican artists.
