Students at the Webster Memorial Basic School are engaged in a reading session led by Audit Manager at the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), Karen Watson. The session formed part of Read Across Jamaica Day activities across the island on May 9.

Occupational Health and Safety Officer at the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), Nadia Wallace, highlights features of a story to students at the Webster Memorial Basic School on Half-Way Tree Road, St. Andrew, during Read Across Jamaica Day observances on May 9. The NSWMA organised the effort as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, and to also help encourage a passion for reading among Jamaican youth.

Corporate Services Director at the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), Shenique Johnson, is fully engaged with these youngsters from the Webster Memorial Basic School on Half-Way Tree Road. Occasion was a Read Across Jamaica Day initiative led by the NSWMA as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and to help foster a passion for reading among Jamaican youth.
