The visiting Minister arrived in Jamaica on Wednesday (January 22) for talks aimed at strengthening diplomatic relations and furthering preparations for enhanced technical cooperation ahead of the second staging of the Jamaica-Brazil Joint Commission, to be hosted by Brazil.
