Minister of Education and Youth, Hon. Fayval Williams (left), formally opens a room at the Randolph Lopez School of Hope in St. Andrew, which was outfitted with computers donated by the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston. The room was officially opened during a brief handover ceremony on Tuesday (May 14).
