General Secretary of the Jamaica Teachers’ Association (JTA), Dr. Mark Nicely, delivers the keynote address during Jamalco’s Scholarship Awards ceremony on Tuesday (August 13) at the Wembley Centre of Excellence in Clarendon. As part of Jamalco’s Education Assistance Programme, 80 students from the parishes of Clarendon and Manchester received assistance for the upcoming school year.
