Six-year-old Ackeliah Miller, a grade-one student at Craighead Primary School in Manchester uses a mobile phone to access the Internet. This followed the launch of free community WI-FI at Craighead Square by the Universal Service Fund (USF) on Friday (January 13). Member of Parliament for Manchester North Eastern, Hon. Audley Shaw, participated in the launch ceremony.
