Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Kamina Johnson Smith, observes humanitarian aid being unloaded from a plane from El Salvador. The cargo, along with personnel from El Salvador’s security forces, arrived at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston on Sunday (November 2). El Salvador has sent three planes carrying humanitarian aid to assist with Jamaica’s recovery following Hurricane Melissa.
