Jamaica’s Ambassador to the United States, Her Excellency Audrey Marks (right) and Associate Professor of Africana Studies and History at Yale University, Fiona Verna, view an exhibition on the history of the West Indies Social Club of Hartford, Connecticut, at the organisation’s headquarters along main street in Hartford. The exhibition will be part of the club’s museum to open in October, which will highlight the history and contribution of the club to the West Indian community in Hartford.
