Jamaica’s Ambassador to the United States Audrey Marks (second right) engages Deputy Assistant Secretary in Charge of the Western Hemisphere, United States Department of Homeland Security, David L. Cloe, in discussion on matters of Homeland Security. The meeting was held on Wednesday (August 24), and is the first in a series of meetings between the United States and the Embassy of Jamaica in relation to matters of Homeland Security since the relaxation of COVID-19 protocols. The members of the United States delegation are (from left) Regional Affairs Specialist for the Caribbean and Central America Sam Giller; Deputy Assistant Secretary in Charge of the Western Hemisphere in the Department of Homeland Security, David L. Cloe; Director, Office of Caribbean Affairs, Katharine Beamer; Coordinator of the Caribbean Basin Initiative (CBI), Ivan P.
