Minister of Labour and Social Security, Hon. Pearnel Charles Jr., addresses the Abilities Foundation graduation ceremony held on the grounds of the institution in Kingston on Thursday (June 27). Approximately 41 students with disabilities successfully completed their studies and were awarded certificates in areas such as Carpentry, Beauty Services, Design and Décor, Data Operation and Housekeeping.

Minister of Labour and Social Security, Hon. Pearnel Charles Jr., is greeted by Managing Director of the Abilities Foundation, Susan Hamilton, on arrival at the institution in Kingston on Thursday (June 27) for the annual graduation ceremony.  The Abilities Foundation, which is an entity under the Ministry, provides specialised vocational education and training for young adults with disabilities.

The occasion was the Abilities Foundation graduation ceremony held on Thursday (June 27) at the institution in Kingston. Students received certification in skills areas such as Carpentry, Beauty Services, Design and Décor, Data Operations and Housekeeping.
