Deputy Financial Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service, Wayne Jones, makes a presentation on public-sector transformation, at the opening of the fourth Organisation Development Transformation Conference, hosted by the Caribbean Centre for Organisation Development Excellence (CARI-CODE), at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel in St. Andrew on Wednesday (April 24). The two-day event was held under the theme ‘BEYOND TOMORROW – Organisation Development as Leverage in the era of Artificial Intelligence and Society 5.0’ and featured local and international presenters.
