The Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, the Honourable Olivia Grange (right), greets the Assistant Director-General for Culture of UNESCO, Ernesto Ramírez upon his arrival at the Norman Manley International Airport on Tuesday (February 26). Mr Ramírez is in Jamaica as the Minister’s special guest for the Reggae Gold Awards Ceremony to be held tomorrow at the National Indoor Sports Centre.
