The Board of Directors of the Jamaica Fire Brigade is pleased to announce the promotion of Deputy Commissioner, Errol Mowatt to the Rank of Commissioner of the Jamaica Fire Brigade with effect from 7th October, 2014.
Commissioner Errol Mowatt joined the Brigade in 1995 and has served in various capacities. He attended various command and management courses and is also a graduate of the Fire Service College, United Kingdom where he successfully completed both the International Command and the Brigade Command Courses.
Commissioner Errol Mowatt assumes this position upon the retirement of former Commissioner Laurie A. Williams, June 2014.
