The Ministry of Education hails Dr. Leila Thomas and her contribution to literacy education and the library service in Jamaica.Dr. Thomas, who passed away at 88-years-old on Sunday, January 2, gave close to seventy years in professional and voluntary work to adult and literacy education and the library service.
