The Ministry of Health & Wellness is advising that taking care of your mental wellness is just as important as physical preparations for a hurricane.

Here are some tips to cope with Hurricane Beryl.
 Take your medication.
 Set up a support network of trusted family members and friends.
 Stay informed.
 Contact the Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Helpline at 888-NEW-LIFE, that is, 888-639-5433.

Sixteen (16) to 24 years olds can contact the U-Matter Chatline by texting SUPPORT to 876-838-4897, and via Instagram and Facebook Messenger @ureportjamaica.
