The main objective of the Programme is to assist the Government of Jamaica, in establishing a dynamic land market that will promote an efficient use of land resources and allow accessibility to all representatives of society.
The Land Registration component which is the main component, seeks to develop new technical and administrative procedures required to expand the tenure clarification and regularisation process.
