Mayor of Kingston, Senator Councillor Delroy Williams (left), leads a symbolic clock chiming and wreath-laying ceremony to honour Jamaica’s World War II veterans and reflect on the ultimate sacrifice Jamaican men and women paid for freedom. The ceremony was held at the Cross Roads Clock Tower in Kingston on November 11.
