JDF Continues Search for Missing Fishermen

The Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) Coast Guard is continuing the search for three fishermen from Old Harbour, St. Catherine, who have not been seen since journeying to the Pedro Cays on Saturday (July 11).
The fishermen- Norman White, John Welsh and a man known only as ‘Anthony’, went missing in a 38-foot, yellow canoe fitted with an outboard engine.
The JDF Coast Guard and fishermen from the Pedro Cays have been carrying out a Search and Rescue Mission for the men since Saturday. Assistance has also been received from the US Coast Guard.
