The Jamaica/Cuba Eye Care Programme will be conducting screening sessions in the parishes of St. Catherine, Clarendon and Portland. Screening will take place from January 24 – 28, 2011. The sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day.

During each screening session, persons will be screened for the following pathologies only:-
Cataract
Pterygium and
Diabetic Retinopathy
The public is advised that the programme is not in a position at this time to provide assistance to those persons seeking treatment for conditions not listed above or to children.
We wish to advise that screening will take place at other locations and the public will be duly notified.
