IMPORTANT ADVISORY: For Immediate Release and Dissemination

The Kingston & St Andrew Municipal Corporation (KSAMC) wishes to assure all residents and stakeholders of the municipality that we are aware of the challenges being experienced in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl which include landslides and fallen trees across roadways.

As we work to resolve these challenges, the KSAMC will move swiftly to clear parochial roads to enable single lane traffic where possible.

However, not all landslides can be removed entirely, as the soil remains saturated and attempts at complete removal might result in further slippages.

Please note that we continue to work alongside our agency partners and are doing our best to have these issues resolved in the shortest possible time.
