High Turbidity Disrupts Operations At Some Western NWC Facilities

The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that, operations have been suspended at the Dantrout and Niagara facilities in St James as well as the Sherwood facility in Trelawny, due to high levels of turbidity.

Customers are being assured that operations will resume as soon as the turbidity subsides.

The affected areas include Dantrout, Marchmont Road, German Town, Seaford Town, St Leonard, Mt. Spring, Coffee Ground. Chesterfield, Gardener, Niagara, Johnson, Elderslie, Accompong, Joint wood, Sherwood, Peidmount, Reserve and Coxheath. 


The NWC apologises for any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.
