Delay in Service Delivery at Some MLSS Parish Offices

The Ministry of Labour & Social Security is advising the Public that persons utilizing our services may experience delays at some of our Offices. The impact of the increase in the number of Covid-19 cases Island wide and the implementation of the new Orders under the Disaster Risk Management Act, has negatively impacted the level of staffing within the Offices.
To facilitate the submission of applications for National Insurance Benefits and Life Certificates, a drop box has been provided at the Parish Office locations. Customers are encouraged to utilize the drop boxes wherever they are provided.
The Ministry apologizes for the inconveniences caused by this necessary action. We urge everyone to continue to observe the Covid-19 protocols and stay safe during this period.
