Alongside the Minister is Chairman of the Transport Authority, Norton Hinds. The initiative was launched on September 18 at the Waterford Seventh Day Adventist Church in Portmore, St. Catherine. The programme is a partnership between the Transport Authority and the St. Catherine School Bus Association.
