Tourism Minister and Chair of the Organization of American States (OAS) Inter-American Tourism Commission, Hon. Edmund Bartlett (centre), addresses the opening ceremony of the 26th American Congress of Ministers and High-Level Authorities of Tourism on Thursday (April 3), at the OAS headquarters in Washington DC.
