Science, Technology, Energy, and Mining, Hon Phillip Paulwell (centre), explains some of the features on one of 18 computers provided at the newly established Albion Community Access Point Computer Resource Centre at the Social Development Commission's (SDC) office in Montego Bay, St. James, to Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Member of Parliament for Central St. James, Hon.
