Paulwell Invites Applications for Petroleum Licenses

Julian Robinson (2nd right), performs the symbolic ribbon cutting exercise during Monday’s (September 21) commissioning of renewable energy infrastructure at the University of the West Indies’ (UWI) Port Royal Marine Laboratory in Kingston.
