The painting is one of three that Mr. Watson has been commissioned to complete as part of the Legacy Projects Programme for ‘Jamaica 55’. Portraits of former Prime Ministers, the Most Hon. Portia Simpson Miller; and Hon. Bruce Golding are also to be painted. Mr. Holness’ portrait will join those of previous Prime Ministers, which adorn the walls of the Cabinet room at Jamaica House.
