President of the Jamaica Civil Service Association and member of the judging panel at the Public Sector Customer Service Competition, O'Neil Grant (left), presents Senior Superintendent of Police for the Manchester Division, Superintendent Marlon Nesbeth, with a plaque of recognition and a cheque for $40,000 for the 'Best Police Station' award which went to the May Pen Police Station. The award was presented at the PSCSC award ceremony held on July 11 at the Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston. Superintendent Nesbeth was collecting the award on behalf of his colleague, Senior Superintendent Michael Bailey, who is in charge of the Clarendon Division.
