NHT Employee Named Best Customer Service Officer
Chairman of the Public Sector Transformation Steering Committee, Patricia Francis (right), presents the Prime Minister’s Trophy and $300,000 cash prize to Administrator General and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Administrator General’s Department, Lona Brown. The agency copped the award for Best Customer Service Entity (Single Location) in the Public Sector Customer Service Competition (PSCSC). The awards ceremony was held last Friday (October 9) in Kingston.
