Daryl Vaz, addresses a special press conference on issues surrounding Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) billing, and electricity restoration following the passage of Hurricane Beryl on July 3.  The press conference was held at the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) in New Kingston, and online, on August 21.
