Brigade Set to Kick off Activities for Fire Awareness Week
Local Government and Community Development Minister, Hon. Noel Arscott (right), converses with National Integrity Action (NIA) Deputy Director, External Affairs, Nadiya Figueroa, at the first Social Development Commission (SDC) organized community development committee conference, at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Mandeville, on October 2. Mr. Arscott was the guest speaker. The conference, held under the theme: ‘The Governance Framework: The Pathway to Local Economic Development’, is one of 12 scheduled islandwide between October and November. The National Association of Parish Development Committees (NAPDEC), and NIA are partnering with the SDC on the initiative.
