Andrew Holness (left) and Member of Parliament, Manchester North Western, Mikael Phillips, assist beneficiary of the Government’s New Social Housing Programme (NSHP), 69-year-old Tesselyn Roach, to cut the ribbon to her new three-bedroom home in Free Town district on Friday (Dec. 16). Ms. Roach lost her house to fire, which also claimed the life of her two-year-old granddaughter, four years ago. She stayed with her cousin, who also lives in the community, prior to receiving her new home.
