Electronic Health Records System to Roll Out at May Pen Hospital in January

The facility’s name has been officially changed to the Kenneth Standard Health Centre, in honour of the late Jamaican medical doctor who was a cornerstone of public health development locally and regionally and made tremendous contributions to community medicine throughout the Caribbean. Approximately 100 elderly persons who reside at Mark Lane and surrounding communities, downtown Kingston, received care packages containing food items and toiletries. The annual event returned this year after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
