Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Hon. Pearnel Charles Jr., addressing Tuesday’s (December 18) local launch of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) publication, ‘Migration and the 2030 Agenda’, at the Courtleigh Auditorium in New Kingston.
