Portia Simpson Miller (right), has a special hug and a Certificate of Title for Melbourne Wilson of Creighton Hall, St. Thomas, who is one of 50 persons who will close out the Jamaica’s Jubilee year mortgage free, under a special debt forgiveness programme called the Jubilee ‘50 for 50’ Housing Initiative, by the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing. The presentation was made on July 30 at the Knutsford Court Hotel in Kingston.
