Phillip Paulwell, at a ceremony held today (August 27), at the Ministry in Kingston. Bursaries worth $10,000 each were presented to 12 children of Ministry staff, who gained significant achievements in this year’s Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT), Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC), and CAPE. Permanent Secretary, Hillary Alexander (centre) also participated in the ceremony.
