Police Making Gains in St. James

Commissioner of Police, Dr. Carl Williams, says the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is making gains in reducing crime in St. James. He informed that last year the police arrested and charged persons in connection to 104 cases of murder, representing the largest number of murder arrests in the parish to date.
