Minister Pickergsill Pleased With First Climate Change Consultation

Portia Simpson Miller (left); commends an elated Uriah Bell of Eden Park, St. Mary, as she presents him with a certificate of title during Friday’s (February 14) land titling ceremony, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Water, Land, Environment, and Climate Change; National Land Agency (NLA); and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), at the St. Mary Parish Church Hall, Port Maria, St. Mary. The Prime Minister was the guest speaker and Mr. Bell was one of 70 residents of land settlements in St. Ann, St. Mary, and Portland, who received titles under the Cadastral Mapping and Land Titling Project.
