University of the West Indies (UWI) Vice Chancellor, Professor Sir Hilary Beckles and State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY) President, Satish K. Tripathi, sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the two universities to foster greater cooperation. The signing took place in Buffalo, New York, on Monday (May 20).
