In keeping with the 2016 Jamaica Festival theme, ‘Let’s Get Together and Feel Alright’, local businesses and government agencies were encouraged to display their ‘Spirit of Independence’ by decorating their offices in a window dressing competition, while parish council offices were encouraged to decorate their various town squares.
