High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (UK), Her Excellency Aloun Ndombet-Assamba, signs the book of condolence for the late former Deputy Prime Minister and Ambassador to the United States of America (USA), Hon. Seymour Mullings, which opened on Monday, October 14, at the High Commission in London. The book will remain open until Friday, October18. Ambassador Mullings served for 26 years as a member of the House of Representatives, and was also a Finance Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Health, Minister of Local Government, and Minister of Agriculture. He died on October 9 at the age of 82.
