In a statement, the Cabinet said it was pleased to learn that Dr Baugh was making good progress in his recovery following a successful surgery last Friday at the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI). A former Cabinet member in the JLP Administration, Dr Baugh served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. The Cabinet said it looked forward to Dr Baugh’s full return to good health.
