In conveying deepest condolences to the Government and people of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Prime Minister Simpson Miller said “Trinidad and Tobago has lost a giant of a human being, a distinguished leader and Statesman, and the Caribbean, a true son of our regional community.”
