The Ministry of Youth and Culture has become aware that a man who gives his name as ‘Brian Payne’ has been falsely representing himself as recruiter for the Ministry.
The Ministry received a complaint from Crescent Primary School that the man had ‘hired’ young people to assist teachers at the school with the promise that they would be recompensed by the Ministry.
The Ministry of Youth and Culture is not familiar with and is not associated in any way with the activities of ‘Brian Payne’. Additionally, the Ministry of Youth and Culture does not hire assistants for teachers in schools.
The Ministry of Youth and Culture advises all schools that have been approached by ‘Brian Payne’ or anyone with a similar proposal to report to their parent ministry (Ministry of Education) for advice and guidance.
